It is a solid place to prepare for a class setting, to deepen your personal practice or spend some time working with an injury or health condition. This proper guidance will give you confidence on and off the mat, in the studio or at home. It will heighten the tools and techniques needed to deal with these extraordinary times. SMALL GROUP CLASSES
The study of Yoga is extremely vast; Pam’s classes explore the many avenues of ancient yoga, therapeutic philosophical and meditative. These classes feature very slow contemplative movements that aim at understanding how to breathe and move precisely to long, smooth, even inhalations/exhalations. With continuous practice, Pam’s classes aid the student in reaching their maximum potential in both mind, body, breath, and consciousness.

MENTORSHIP SANGHA
This is a personal invitation for those who have expressed interest and have shown the ability to stay committed to learning the Art and nuances of Yoga. It is for those of you who are bold enough to engage in the deep study and practice of yoga, and who are searching for that inner dimension of yoga to make it more relevant to your life and perhaps for the good of a more synergistic and harmonious planet. You will develop a personal relationship with Pam that will be developed through the mentorship process specifically for you and your growth.
